vibe Bluestar in 2008 Saturn Astra

Hello
I was wondering if I cause use the same unit from my Pontiac Vibe and swap it directly into my 2008 Saturn Astra 3 door coupe.

It is a bluestar 2010 unit

Yes, the bluestar 2010 is compatible with all GM's and will automatically detect the vehicle operating protocol upon boot up.
