2008 CTS w/nav

Looking about getting a Bluestar 2010 and was wondering.how difficult it is to install? Is the Onstar VCIM really located behind the sidecurtain airbag behind the rear seat? Any negative reviews? How is the return policy? Any and all info is appreciated.
