Cannot pair up with my phone

I installed the Bluestar2010 in my 2009 colorado. The problem is that, when I try to pair up with it, the phone detected a WT32-A. I tried it and it said declined pairing.Im not sure what to do. Any thoughts?

Hi Roger,
WT-32A is an indication that the device was not programmed properly from the factory.
Please contact tech support via email and they can help you reprogram the unit properly.
