Not sure if the "kinks" on a custom product that is being improved will ever really be worked out, I installed one in our 09 SRX and it has been perfect with no complaints. Kinks are improvments that need improving.

Yes, the BLUESTAR is a continuous work in progress.
As new vehicles, phones and features are supported we are constantly making changes.
The good thing is the device is upgrade able so any new updates can be added remotely.
