I only see a unit for Chevy.
What unit would I use for my VW Phaeton.
I am interested in purchasing and have seen the step-by-step instructions on Keithbloom.com but want to make sure I purchase the correct unit.
Please advise.

Bluestar works with Chevy since it replace onstar module and uses onstars wiring. If your car does not have onstar installed from the factory bluestar is not for you.

The 2004 VW Phaeton has OnStar, but when I try to connect to for a 3 month trial I get an announcement telling me it is trying to connect to Onstar VW telemetrics, which doesn't answer.
